Aug 23, 2020 · Update - I have checked the wiring on the door loom connector, all looks good, no corrosion. I have also tries to manually work the switch, nothing. Passenger side still works. The little orange LED in the switch panel is not lit for the drivers side window, it is lit for the passenger side. Seems there is no current in this circuit.

Opened up the under the steering wheel and a small box was loose, which im guessing was the flasher unit. Just had to give it a nudge, and all is fixed.

Jan 27, 2012 · ive got the solution to this conumdrum having solved it on a punto yesterday it wasnt until i looked in the owners manual that the radio fuse does indeed control the interior light s too this car came in with non working interior light no boot light fitted but working non factory radio but having removed it and fault traced all the wiring there were no issues it was a faulty rear tailgate
